We already had our main holiday in august but this was a cheeky week away , after staying in villas for years we were a bit concerned about how they would deal with Covid but they were absolutely amazing hotel was spotless cleaned and disinfected every night , staff were working extra hard and did brilliantly, food was repetitive but standard turkey all inclusive, room were cleaned daily , WiFi was non existent in the rooms only in reception, staff dis the best they could to keep us entertained, it was one of our birthday while we were there and they decorated a table a lunch and sang happy birthday etc just to make it a bit more special ,
would definitely come again xx
Hotel itself is lovely, they’re struggling in terms of the food due to COVID but are doing the best they can. Rooms were super clean, shower lovely and powerful and all general facilities were fab.
My one and only complaint is that I was told off on the last day for not using the food system correctly. Apparently, the team member is meant to keep hold of the plate until you’d chosen all your food. I didn’t know this and was spoken to very sternly by what looked like the head chef.
It would be a good idea to advertise this rule as I didn’t have a clue. Perhaps have it on a piece of paper on each table?
Apart from this small issue, which was at the end of my holiday, I loved staying here and will definitely be back 🙂

3 of us stayed here. Very well set up re covid19 restrictions and guidelines. Temperature taken on entry to the hotel
All facilities really well spaced to allow for social distancing. Staff members have their temperature taken at the start and end of every shift and its documented.
Food was good. Piping hot. No access to the buffet but the staff serve instead so no problems. Usual choice of food for an all inclusive holiday. Very tasty and no complaints. Salads were amazing. Pool is gorgeous and bar area round pool has plenty of seating. Plenty of sunbeds too although you have to be early to get one. Staff very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel was really clean too and always lots of hot water for showers. We had a 3 bed room and there was loads of space in it. Plenty of wardrobe space too. Would definitely go back
